At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please note that a flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the use of our prepaid return labels.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the system to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your unused handbag or accessory in its original packaging, including all tags and dust bags, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
